I am an HR Leader, Industrial Psychologist, and Management Educator with over two decades of corporate experience across hospitality, retail, media, consulting, startups, and entrepreneurial ecosystems. Alongside my corporate leadership roles, I actively engage as a Visiting Faculty and Guest Lecturer, where I strive to bridge the gap between management theory and industry practice. My teaching philosophy is centered on experiential learning. Rather than relying solely on traditional lectures, I create highly interactive classrooms using real business case studies, live corporate examples, role plays, group discussions, simulations, problem-solving activities, and industry-based assignments. Having led HR functions and talent acquisition for organizations ranging from growing startups to large multi-location businesses, I bring first-hand experience of solving real organizational challenges.
