Healthcare Technology Intern

Aristocrat IT Solutions is looking for passionate Pharm.D graduates to join our team as Healthcare Technology Interns. This internship offers hands-on experience at the intersection of healthcare and technology. Interns will contribute to healthcare-focused digital initiatives while gaining practical exposure to medical documentation, healthcare research support, clinical information management, and technology-driven healthcare solutions. Designed for candidates who are eager to apply their healthcare knowledge in a real-world environment, this internship provides the opportunity to work with experienced professionals, strengthen analytical and documentation skills, and understand how technology is transforming modern healthcare. Key Responsibilities • Assist in healthcare documentation and information management. • Support healthcare research and digital health initiatives. • Review and organize clinical and healthcare-related information. • Maintain accuracy and quality in documentation. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on healthcare-focused projects. • Contribute to process improvement and assigned project activities. Internship Structure • First 15 working days: Learning, orientation, and understanding the workflow. No stipend is provided during this period. • On successful completion of the first 30 working days: ₹3,000 • Working days 31–60: ₹4,000 • Working days 61–90: ₹5,000 Business Incentive Interns are also eligible for a business closure incentive starting from 10% on eligible business contributions, subject to company policy and management approval.
